1. Recognition is valid up to Class VIII only and is not extendable.

2. The school follows all rules as per the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 and the Himachal Pradesh RTE Rules, 2011.

3. No capitation fees, screening procedures, or discriminatory practices are permitted.

4. No child shall be denied admission based on religion, caste, race, or parental background.

5. Corporal punishment and mental harassment are strictly prohibited.

6. No student shall be expelled or held back till the completion of elementary education.

7. Promotion and certification of students are granted in accordance with the RTE Act and government policies.
