Greenwood Senior Secondary School, Deoth follows a well-structured academic session to provide a smooth and effective learning experience for students. The academic year begins in April and concludes in March, with admissions generally conducted in March each year. Examinations and vacations are scheduled in accordance with the guidelines of the Directorate of Elementary Education, Shimla.

To ensure regular communication and involvement, Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) are conducted periodically, keeping parents informed about their child’s academic progress and overall development.
